Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health and social needs.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that address client goals.
Provide psychotherapy and counseling to clients and their families using evidence-based practices.
Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and available treatment options.
Facilitate group therapy sessions focusing on skill-building and recovery.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and community resources.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Advocate for clients' needs within the healthcare system and community services.
Requirements
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
Current state licensure as a clinical social worker (LCSW) or equivalent.
Minimum of two years of clinical experience in mental health settings.
Strong knowledge of psychological theories and therapeutic modalities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interactions.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Understanding of relevant laws, ethical guidelines, and best practices in mental health care.
Hours Per Week: 36.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £24.80
