Summary

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our South West Contracts team based in the South West.



Location: South West

Hours: 40 hours per week

What will you be responsible for?As a Project Manager, you'll be working within the South West Contracts team, supporting them in delivering construction and refurbishment projects across government buildings.

Your day to day will include:

-Leading and managing multiple construction and refurbishment projects from tender through to completion

-Overseeing health and safety management systems and ensuring CDM compliance

-Managing project teams and subcontractors to deliver on time, within budget, and to quality standards

-Ensuring effective financial delivery and cost control of projects

-Building strong client relationships and ensuring their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle



What are we looking for?This role of Project Manager is great for you if:

-You have extensive experience delivering varied projects, ideally within government or commercial sectors

-You hold SMSTS or equivalent with people management skills

-You are a strong communicator with excellent IT and report writing skills, and are comfortable managing site-based teams
