Summary
As our Digital Project Analyst, you’ll be a critical part of our Digital team, translating strategic visions into clear technical plans and ensuring everything runs smoothly—from planning to implementation.
Key responsibilities include:Collaborating with stakeholders to define and document technical project requirementsCreating detailed project plans, tracking workloads, and identifying process improvementsCoordinating technical testing, quality assurance, and UAT cyclesSupporting system rollouts and liaising with both internal teams and external suppliersProducing insightful data analysis and dashboards to inform project decisionsMaintaining project documentation and ensuring compliance with data and IT policiesWhat We’re Looking For:Has a sharp eye for detail and a structured approach to problem solvingIs confident managing technical documentation and analysing project dataCommunicates clearly with both technical and non-technical audiencesUnderstands the value of quality assurance, testing, and workflow optimisationIs comfortable working across departments and adapting to changing needsEmbraces innovation and champions best practices in project deliverWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all sectors of the community.Please note that this vacancy may close before the published closing date if sufficient applications are received so if you are interested, please apply as soon as possible.
