You will work closely with contractors, stakeholders and operations teams to manage site activities, oversee technical compliance and mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will bring strong project management expertise, preferably with experience in the education sector or PFI projects, excellent communication skills and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.
You will be joining our Total FM team at Swindon Schools, where we provide integrated asset management and maintenance services across the education, leisure, corporate, health and living sectors, ensuring facilities operate safely, efficiently and at their best.
