Role
We're seeking a nurturing and proactive SEN Teaching Assistant to support children within the Early Years Foundation Stage at a specialist SEN school in Tameside. Starting in September, this rewarding role will involve working one-to-one and in small groups, supporting children with a range of developmental and learning needs.
You'll play a vital role in creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment where every child can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.
Responsibilities

Work collaboratively with class teachers and the SENCO to implement EHCP targets

Requirements

Experience working with children in Early Years and/or SEN settings

A relevant qualification (e.g. , Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent)
