Ward Nurse Manager – RMN or RNLD | Salary up to £52,500 | Lead with Purpose in a Specialist Neurorehabilitation Hospital

Our client is seeking an experienced and compassionate Ward Nurse Manager (RMN or RNLD) to lead a dynamic multidisciplinary team within a specialist neurorehabilitation hospital. What We’re Looking For

  • Registered Nurse – RMN or RNLD (NMC PIN required).
  • Previous ward management or senior nursing leadership experience in a mental health or neurorehabilitation setting.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Mental Health Act, MCA, and DoLS frameworks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
  • A passion for empowering others and delivering holistic, patient-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a specialist inpatient ward, ensuring the highest standards of nursing care and patient safety.
  • Support and supervise a dedicated clinical team, promoting reflective practice, learning, and professional growth.
  • Oversee compliance with the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary colleagues to implement and review care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Champion a positive and inclusive culture where patients feel respected, empowered, and supported.
  • Drive quality improvement initiatives and uphold best practice in neurorehabilitation.
