Randstad Education is currently recruiting for a committed and experienced Primary SEN Teacher to join a welcoming and well-resourced school in Surrey. This role offers a rewarding opportunity to support pupils with communication and social interaction needs-primarily linked to Autism-in Years 2 to 6.

Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, differentiated teaching for pupils in Years 2-6
- Create a structured and nurturing learning environment tailored to individual EHCPs
- Foster student's communication, social, and emotional development
- Collaborate with teaching assistants and support staff to maximise student progress
- Track pupil attainment and implement strategies for continual improvement
- Promote an inclusive and respectful classroom culture
- Work closely with parents, carers, and external professionals
Requirements
- QTS, PGCE, or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience teaching pupils with Autism or similar SEN profiles
- Strong understanding of personalised teaching and EHCPs
- Confident in managing behaviour positively and supportively
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply for one)
