We are searching for full-time Teaching Assistants to join primary schools across Leeds. These roles involve supporting teachers and pupils alike, with a particular advantage for candidates familiar with Phonics and intervention strategies.

Your Impact:

  • Deliver classroom support and small group learning

  • Help pupils build confidence in reading, writing, and maths

  • Assist with phonics and early years learning

  • Support behavioural development and wellbeing

We're Seeking:

  • Ideally Level 2 qualified TAs

  • Experience in education or youth support

  • Eligible to work in the UK without Sponsorship.

  • Phonics knowledge beneficial

  • Possess enhanced child DBS on the update service or willingness to get one through Randstad.

  • Reliable, enthusiastic, and compassionate individuals
