About the role
The faculty of Service Industries are now looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Programme Leader to join the well-established team. This is a fast paced and diverse role, in which you will work closely with Programme Leaders and Head of Faculty to provide high quality teaching and learning.
Other duties will include:
• Curriculum design
• Inducting, teaching, facilitating and tracking of learner progress.
• Maintaining records
• Assessment of learner progress against targeted achievement
About the person
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service, as well as strong organisation and administrative skills.
Candidates should also have:
• Level 2 in Numeracy and Literacy or equivalent
• Level 3/degree in Uniformed Public Services or equivalent
• Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards
• Prior experience of working within the sector
• ICT competency
