Summary

Serve as the first point of contact for Hub Leads, offering policy clarification and operational support. Respond professionally to internal and external queries by phone and email, escalating as necessary. Co-ordinate meetings, including operational forums and board gatherings, ensuring accurate minute taking and action tracking. Manage electronic and paper-based databases relating to staff, caseload activity, organisational assets and operational functions. Input, cleanse and maintain organisational data systems and generate structured reports for internal and external stakeholders.
