Stable Way Site Manager needed in West London Paying £20.86 per day Ref 5271527

Full time hrs on a temporary basis

Key Responsibilities

Act as the single point of contact for residents, managing tenancy issues, anti-social behaviour, and communal area concerns.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of temporary accommodation schemes for homeless applicants.
Coordinate with contractors and internal services to resolve resident enquiries and maintain high service standards.
Lead on site improvements, including addressing unauthorised or illegal activities through appropriate legal channels.
Represent residents in service-related matters, ensuring a joined-up approach across teams such as repairs, income, and social services.
Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders including West Way Trust, caretaking teams, and social care services.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in tenancy or housing management, ideally within a supported housing or community setting.
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage sensitive issues confidently.
A collaborative approach to service delivery and resident engagement.
Knowledge of housing legislation and safeguarding practices is desirable.
