Summary

At Edgbaston, our people are at the heart of everything we do. We're proud to create a workplace that reflects our PRIDE values: Passion, Respect, Innovation, Diversity, and Excellence, and we’re looking for a People & Culture Manager who shares that commitment.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performance environment at one of the UK’s leading professional sports clubs. In this pivotal role, you’ll drive initiatives that enhance employee engagement, strengthen our internal communications, champion wellbeing, and embed equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) across the organisation. You’ll also play a key role in the day-to-day delivery of HR support, contributing to the development and implementation of our wider People strategy.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience in a generalist HR role (ideally at Advisor level or higher)
• Is confident influencing and engaging people at all levels
• Brings a strong understanding of engagement, wellbeing and EDI practices
• Communicates clearly and purposefully, with a flair for internal messaging
• Thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment like sport, hospitality or entertainment
• Holds (or is working towards) CIPD Level 5 or has equivalent experience

This is your chance to shape a culture where every colleague feels valued, supported and inspired to do their best work. If you're passionate about people and ready to make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you!
