Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Floor Manager to oversee the daily front-of-house operations. This role is key to ensuring smooth service, a welcoming atmosphere, and outstanding customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and manage the front-of-house team to deliver excellent service
Greet guests warmly and respond to enquiries or concerns professionally
Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth coordination and timely service
Maintain a clean, organised, and inviting dining environment
Resolve issues efficiently while supporting a positive team culture
Requirements:
Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role
Fluency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with staff and customers
Strong customer service skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems effectively
