Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Floor Manager to lead our front-of-house team. The successful candidate must be fluent in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with staff, management, and a diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service
Greet guests and handle enquiries or complaints with professionalism and care
Coordinate closely with the kitchen to ensure efficient service and smooth operations
Ensure the dining area is always clean, organised, and welcoming
Support scheduling, team management, and daily operational decisions
Maintain high standards of service and team morale
Requirements:
Proven experience in a restaurant supervisory or management role
Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) – essential
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Passion for hospitality and delivering great customer experiences
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
