Responsibilities
Assist passengers in boarding and alighting from vehicles.
Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers during their journey.
Provide information and support to passengers regarding their travel arrangements.
Help passengers with disabilities or limited mobility to navigate the transport system.
Conduct pre-journey checks to ensure all safety equipment is functional.
Monitor passenger behavior to maintain a respectful and safe environment.
Respond to passenger inquiries and assist with problem resolution promptly.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Proven experience in a customer service role is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations.
Physical stamina to assist passengers and lift luggage as required.
Empathy and a passion for providing excellent passenger support.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
