Right now, we’re on the lookout for a Customer Success & Account Executive, on a permanent basis, to be the voice our customers remember and the person who helps take our B2B sales to the next level. This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Bishop’s Stortford office.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and growing existing B2B client accounts
- Following up on warm leads, quotes, and open enquiries - no cold calling here
- Spotting commercial opportunities and driving repeat business
- Recommending tailored product solutions by phone and email
- Handling occasional after-sales queries with the help of smart tools and templates
- Keeping our CRM system tidy, up-to-date, and packed with insights
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in B2B sales, account management, or customer success
- A confident phone manner and natural rapport-builder
- Commercial focus - you know how to spot and follow through on opportunity
- Enthusiasm, proactivity, and a collaborative mindset
- Tech-savvy with CRM systems and email tools (Shopify or Salesforce experience is a bonus)
