Summary

Administrator needed in Leeds Paying £12.69 per hr Ref 0009 3299 /1

Full time hrs on a temporary basis

Responsibilities:

    • To provide administrative support in the entry and processing of insurance claims in a timely manner and in line with practice directions and corporate guidelines.
    • To assist in the registration of claims
    • To liaise with the Claims Team and the Claims Litigation section and other interested parties on claims related issues as directed and required.
    • To assist in responding to queries from officers, external organisations and the public on claims matters including providing supporting data.
    • To assist in handling telephone enquiries and respond to voicemails.
    • To ensure that complete and accurate data in relation to claims is entered and recorded on the council’s claims database system.
