We’re now looking for an organised and detail-oriented IT Administration Assistant to join our dedicated IT team and support our technology operations across the Club.

The IT Administration Assistant Role:
In this part-time position (8 hours per week), you’ll provide essential administrative support to the IT department, helping to keep our systems running smoothly and efficiently.
Key responsibilities include:
• Maintaining accurate financial and procurement records
• Supporting the IT management team with scheduling, meeting prep, and documentation
• Handling invoices, purchase orders and supplier communications
• Coordinating training and cross-departmental IT processes
• Assisting with compliance activities (e.g. Cyber Essentials, PCI-DSS)
• Liaising with third-party vendors and service providers
