Summary
Position: Executive Assistant (Maternity Cover)
Job Type: 12 months Fixed Term Contract (FTC)
Number of hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Location: Hams Hall, Coleshill - 100% office based
Salary: Up to £35,000 per annum
Our client is a fast-growing, dynamic company looking for an Executive Assistant to support the Director and Head Office functions on a 12 months fixed term contract to cover maternity leave. This is an ideal opportunity for a loyal person who can demonstrate a high level of accuracy and a desire to work hard. Full time job opportunities may be available after the fixed term contract has ended, for the right candidate.
You will be responsible for day-to-day duties to support the Director.
Your roles and responsibilities will include:
. Managing the Director's diary; booking meetings, speaking to stakeholders and organising visitors
. Providing daily support to the Director with project work and confidential tasks
. Liaising with key stakeholders such as insurance companies, solicitors, contractors, etc.
. Supporting with the opening of new stores
. Supporting the wider Senior Management Team, including the Retail faction
. Supporting with Recruitment and HR, including new starters, leavers, disciplinaries, grievances and contracts
. Supporting departments at Head Office, including Customer Service, Digital, HR and Admin teams
. Supporting with the onboarding of new staff, including equipment set up and organisation of offices
Skills/Attributes:
. Loyalty
. Discretion and confidentiality
. Previous experience of being a high-level administrator / assistant
. Excellent communication skills at all levels - both written and verbal is a must
. MS Office (including Excel) and English proficiency is a must
. Outstanding organisational and time management skills
. Accuracy, attention to detail
. Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
