Hours: 36 per week, 52 weeks
The Council is seeking a confident, personable and technically strong surveyor with previous people, client and property management experience.
Working within the Operational Estate Team, you will be involved in property management issues throughout the Council's Operational Property Portfolio and giving estates surveying advice to the Council's service areas.
You should be degree qualified and hold full membership of a relevant professional body such as MRICS. You should also have relevant previous work experience, especially in property management and leasing.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
