The Council has agreed a mixed tenure improvement strategy to tackle mixed tenure repairs and to improve tenant satisfaction with the condition of their homes.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and enthusiastic person to join the Area Based Regeneration team where you will assist the team deliver a capital investment improvement programme to our mixed tenure blocks in Edinburgh.
The postholder will be responsible for assisting in securing private owner agreement and delivering common repairs projects to enable investment to be taken forward through the Housing Revenue Account in mixed tenure blocks where the Council has an interest as a co-owner/landlord.
The successful candidate for this post will be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, case management skills and a commitment and drive to assist the surveying team in the delivery of large scale, housing investment.
Experience of customer services, IT systems operation, administration skills is essential alongside an ability to think strategically and work with stakeholders to develop innovative approaches to delivering investment to private and Council tenant homes.

Our salary range typically reflects the initial starting salary and annually increases until it reaches the top of the range.
