Resident Services Assistant – Liverpool Region
Location: Merseyside
Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Working Pattern: 5 out of 7 days, with shifts between 8:00–18:00 (minimum 1 Saturday per month)

One Property Recruitment is delighted to be working with a pioneering residential property operator, who are seeking a Resident Services Assistant to join their growing team in the Liverpool region.
This is a unique opportunity to join a values-led company that places the resident experience at the heart of everything they do. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring a smooth day-to-day operation of the communities, with a strong focus on service, standards, and resident engagement.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct property viewings to support occupancy targets
• Provide actionable feedback on pricing, condition, and market dynamics
• Perform regular building inspections to uphold health, safety, and presentation standards
• Carry out key audits and maintain secure storage procedures
• Coordinate repairs with the maintenance team and monitor completion quality
• Be a point of contact for resident concerns, escalating where needed
• Plan and deliver on-brand community events
• Assist with new property mobilisations and open days
• Provide admin and project support to senior stakeholders
• Step in to cover other locations during staff absences or peak times
• Support central lettings and operational functions when required

Experience & Skills Required
• Customer-facing experience in residential property, hospitality, or flexible office sectors
• Understanding of health & safety obligations within managed buildings
• Experience working towards KPIs or service-level targets
• Comfortable with tech and multiple operating systems (Microsoft Office proficiency essential)
• Excellent communication and people skills – able to build rapport quickly
• Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
• A passion for providing excellent service
