Summary

Are you passionate about the power of arts and culture to improve wellbeing, strengthen communities, and drive social change? Do you have a flair for evaluation and storytelling?

We’re seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our Culture, Libraries and Information team. In this exciting role, you’ll implement new ways of working in relation measuring the impact of cultural projects funded through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, and more broadly the Creu Conwy Cultural Strategy.

You’ll work closely with our Culture team, partner organisations, and external consultants to gather data, analyse outcomes, and build a compelling case for the value of culture in Conwy. Just as important as the data and numbers is your ability to connect with people and communities —helping them share their experiences and tell their stories in meaningful ways.

If you're excited by the opportunity to shape the cultural future of Conwy by demonstrating how culture can improve lives, reduce pressure on public services, and contribute to economic growth, we’d love to hear from you.

This role offers flexible working options for a work life balance. This can include adjusting your working day and hybrid working, ie a balance of office and home working.
