- Foster a nurturing, inclusive classroom environment
- Collaborate with SENCOs, support staff, and parents
- Monitor and track student progress effectively
Requirements -
The ideal candidate would have:
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience working with SEN pupils
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A patient, resilient, and empathetic approach
