Overview:
With full responsibility for operational functions, you will lead 8 direct reports and a team of 75, embedding a high-performance culture focused on safety, accountability, and delivery. Skills & Experience Required:
- Exposure to chemical manufacturing or similar industry.
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Track record in delivering or improving OTIF performance manufacturing setting.
- Proven experience in a similar role/ leadership role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data presentation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and quality control.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Clear communicator with a hands-on leadership style and strong team development capability.
- Six Sigma, Lean, or CI certification is an advantage.
