Estate Maintenance Operative – Northampton - £30,000
The Job:
A opportunity has arisen for a skilled and hands on Estate Maintenance Operative to join a small and welcoming estate team. You’ll be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of a range of residential properties and estate grounds.
The Company:
This well established and privately managed rural estate oversees a number of residential buildings and landscaped grounds. With a long standing history and commitment to high standards, the estate team works closely together to ensure the properties and grounds are safe, functional and well presented at all times.
The Candidate:
- Proven experience in carpentry/joinery (certification desirable)
- Competence in general maintenance tasks (painting, plumbing, groundskeeping, etc)
- A full, clean UK driving licence
- Knowledge of basic health & safety procedures
- A positive, can-do approach and willingness to learn
- Physical fitness to meet the demands of the role
The Package:
- Competitive salary, ranging from £25,000 - £30,000 DOE
- 25 days annual leave (pro rata)
- Company pension scheme
- On site parking available
