Summary
Leading worship regularly and on Special Occasion, Overseeing the Missionary, Outreach and Evangelical activities of the Organization. Establish a strong, working Relationship, Meet regularly with the Senior Pastor to review all evangelical activities of the organization, set priorities on church planting. Healthy and Effective Relationship with the congregation: I. To develop and nurture a programme of consistent missionary activity of the organization. Locating and Surveying every area where new branch is needed. Strategizing Church planting patterns needed for each location. Meet regularly with the mission and evangelical board. Provide primary decision-making for missionary and church planting activities. Provide oversight for follow-up of decision made by the mission department. Liaise with all Minister of Religion about the possibility of church-planting in their locality. Oversee updating of policies and procedures of mission activities.
