You'll partner with key stakeholders across tenancy management, rents, service charges, and asset teams to drive insight, innovation, and income growth that ultimately helps deliver better homes and services to communities across London.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the financial business partnering for income-related activity across the organisation, with a focus on rent collection, service charges, leasehold income, and other revenue streams.
- Provide insightful analysis and strategic guidance to operational and executive stakeholders to improve income collection rates and reduce arrears.
- Support the implementation and evaluation of income optimisation initiatives and digital transformation projects.
- Develop and manage financial models that support pricing, forecasting, and value-for-money reviews.
- Drive collaboration between finance and operational teams to embed a commercial mindset and data-driven decision-making culture.
- Deliver accurate and timely management information, ensuring financial integrity and compliance with regulatory expectations.
- Identify risks and opportunities related to income and help shape strategies that enhance financial resilience and customer outcomes.
What We're Looking For
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with significant post-qualified experience in a senior finance role.
- Strong track record in income management, revenue forecasting, or financial strategy-preferably within housing, public sector, or regulated environments.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, challenge, and build credible relationships at all levels.
- Commercially minded with exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Advanced Excel user and familiar with financial systems, ideally within large, complex organisations.
- Passionate about social purpose with a drive to make housing fairer, more affordable, and sustainable.
