Summary
Provide first line remote software and hardware support, resolving simple issues and documenting more complex issues accurately. Remote diagnostics supporting desktop, website and mobile app installations. Assigning modification and training requests to the relevant team.

This is a new and exciting opportunity to join a growing tech company in Devon. We want a customer-friendly person to join our team to communicate daily with customers and support their Kudos software installed in their shops, workshops and offices. This person should have the ability to provide excellent customer service and convey the friendly and helpful reputation Team Kudos is known for.
Responsibilities:
§ Answer the support phone line, as part of the team
§ Manage and respond to emails received by the support team
§ Resolve first line support issues
§ Ensure urgent support issues are managed efficiently
§ Manage support issues in line with the relevant SLA using our case management software
§ Provide remote online training on specific areas of the software, once fully on-boarded
§ Provide remote installation of specific areas of the software, once fully on-boarded
§ Additional responsibilities as required by the line manager or a Director of the company
Training
You will attend Exeter College one day per week during term time to work towards your Information Communication Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Qualifications required
GCSE or equivalent 4/c or above in English and Maths.
Skills required
Ability to use Windows operating system
Task management skills
Methodical approach to work and good attention to detail
Prospects
Future opportunities to progress within the company for the right person.
Qualification / Standard : ST0973 Information communications technician
Duration 18 months
