Summary
2 x Full-Time: 35.75 hours per week (shift work mostly including evenings and weekends)
1 x permanent & 1 x temporary contract until 10th of February
Salary – £28,659 per annum (£15.42 per hour)

Do you genuinely love people and instinctively know how to bring the best out in them? Do you have an inquisitive, analytical, and organised mind and love working in a fast-paced environment? We have an amazing opportunity for you to join our team as an Operations Supervisor.
You will be responsible for running the shift, delivering great customer service, and looking after our staff and customers. Background in leisure operations is not essential, and we welcome applications from candidates with experience in hospitality, retail, or other customer service environments. You will need to be a strong swimmer and capable of achieving a lifeguard pool qualification. Training will be provided if you do not already hold the qualification.

No two days will be the same, and you will be responsible for:
- Assuring the training, development, and performance of your team. Leading by example to make a positive difference in their ability to perform safely, efficiently, and professionally and deliver superior customer service.
- The smooth running of day-to-day operations to deliver a seamless and positive service experience for all customers.
- Interacting with customers and resolving enquiries and complaints in a calm and professional manner, leading to exceptional member satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety, risk assessments, security regulations and protocols through all services and activities.

As travel between our venues is required, a driving licence is preferential.
Opportunities available will include shift work mostly evenings (from 13:00 to 22:00) and weekends. It will include travelling between the following schools:

- Royal High School
- Craigroyston Community High School
- Trinity Academy

Note: To ensure candidates are suitable for the Lifeguard Training Course, swim tests will be part of the assessment process.
