We're on the lookout for a compassionate and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated EYFS team. You'll play a key role supporting our youngest learners, helping them to build confidence, develop new skills, and unlock their full potential in a nurturing environment.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Providing tailored, 1-1 and small group support to children with additional needs.
- Collaborating closely with teachers and the SENCO to bring personalised learning plans to life.
- Creating fun, engaging activities that foster social, emotional, and academic growth.
- Championing a safe, inclusive space where every child feels valued and inspired.
- Observing progress and sharing insights to help shape each child's learning journey.

- Someone with a heart for supporting young children with SEN-whether experienced or eager to learn.
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about early years education.
- A strong communicator and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
- Flexible, creative, and ready to adapt your approach to suit individual needs.
- Committed to championing inclusion and celebrating every child's unique potential.
- (Bonus!) Equipped with relevant qualifications or keen to develop your skills through training.
