Summary
Are you a hardworking and reliable skilled operative with experience in oxy cutting and scrap burning? We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our operations team for a long-term opportunity offering excellent pay and consistent hours.
️ Role Overview:
We require a safety-conscious and technically experienced Skilled Operative to carry out oxy-fuel cutting and scrap metal processing on a busy industrial site. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and able to follow strict health and safety protocols.
Work Schedule:
- Days: Thursday through Sunday (4-day week)
- Hours: 06:00 AM - 16:30 PM
- Shift Length: 10.5 hours per day
Compensation:
- Hourly Rate: £16.00 per hour PAYE Direct
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience with oxyacetylene cutting and scrap burning
- Comfortable working in outdoor and industrial environments
- Strong awareness of health, safety, and environmental standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Punctual, dependable, and physically fit for manual handling tasks
