Summary

Are you a hardworking and reliable skilled operative with experience in oxy cutting and scrap burning? We are currently seeking a dedicated professional to join our operations team for a long-term opportunity offering excellent pay and consistent hours.

Role Overview:

We require a safety-conscious and technically experienced Skilled Operative to carry out oxy-fuel cutting and scrap metal processing on a busy industrial site. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a physically demanding environment and able to follow strict health and safety protocols.

Work Schedule:

  • Days: Thursday through Sunday (4-day week)
  • Hours: 06:00 AM - 16:30 PM
  • Shift Length: 10.5 hours per day

Compensation:

  • Hourly Rate: £16.00 per hour PAYE Direct

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience with oxyacetylene cutting and scrap burning
  • Comfortable working in outdoor and industrial environments
  • Strong awareness of health, safety, and environmental standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Punctual, dependable, and physically fit for manual handling tasks
