About the Role
As a Clinical Quality and Compliance Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in embedding best practice and driving compliance across our services. Reporting to the Head of Quality and Governance, you'll ensure our clinical and quality standards reflect excellence. This role is primarily based in the Southeast with some national responsibilities.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead quality and clinical assurance across regions
Support with specialist competency assessments and training
Identify and address barriers to good support
Conduct audits and visits to enhance compliance with CQC and industry standards
Mentor and coach teams in quality improvement and clinical best practice
Act as subject matter expert in key clinical areas (e.g., catheter, PEG, CPAP/BIPAP)
Deliver reflective practice workshops and support induction of new staff
Provide reports and insights to inform strategic decision-making
What You’ll Need
RGN with active NMC PIN
Experience in training or coaching (AET Level 3 desirable)
Knowledge of CQC standards and legislation
Experience with learning disability and/or autism services preferred
Excellent communication skills
A collaborative, self-motivated, and adaptable approach
Full driving license
