The Asset Data Coordinator will join our Operations Performance - Technical team as part of the Asset Data Management Team (ADMT).
This role offers excellent opportunities for development, with great training options available for the right candidate.
Job Description
As Asset Data Coordinator, you will support the Maximo CAFM system through system administration, data collection and input, quality assurance, and maintenance of asset records.
You'll also play a key role in supporting asset lifecycle management and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Collate, input, and validate data in the Maximo CAFM system
Troubleshoot system issues and escalate where necessary
Identify and correct duplicated or incorrect third-party data to avoid costs
Respond to internal and external customer requests via the mailbox
Maintain asset registers, PPM data, and related system tools
Support contract mobilisation/demobilisation and liaise with stakeholders
Apply best practices, including SFG20, CIBSE, RICS, ISS, and client standards
Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications
Strong data analysis and advanced Excel skills
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Great with people and a confident communicator
Positive, proactive, and adaptable attitude
Strong team player with a collaborative approach
Comfortable managing changing priorities
Keen eye for detail and accuracy
