Strategic Asset - Managing and Transforming Our Estate

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-focused Business Support Officer to join our HRA System Support and Performance team.

In this fast-paced and varied role, you’ll take charge of your own workload, using your technical know-how to assess information, solve problems, and respond to service enquiries with confidence.

You’ll respond to tenant enquiries by phone, in writing, or in person, and make sure records are kept accurate and secure. You’ll also act as a system administrator for certain functions and ensure sensitive data is handled in line with our policies.

You’ll work closely with senior officers, taking notes and minutes in meetings and making sure agreed actions are followed up. You’ll also help maintain our ICT systems, ensuring data is correct and up to date.

On the financial side, you’ll monitor arrears, process payments, and make sure income is correctly allocated. Whether it’s handling Direct Debits, running batch processes, or managing suspense accounts, you’ll keep everything ticking over with accuracy.

The ideal candidate should have prior administrative experience, proficiency with Microsoft systems, strong communication skills, and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with the ability to prioritise their own workload and ensure accuracy of data when inputting.
