Summary
Working with the Associate Director of Digital Transformation, the purpose of the role will be to act as a conduit between clinical practice and digital systems; ensuring the design, implementation and optimisation of electronic health records and digital tools align with the needs to nurses and allied health professionals and improve patient care. The role will champion the voices of nursing and allied health professionals in digital transformation programmes, support the safe and effective use of data and technology and help embed digital literacy across clinical teams. The role will be pivotal in driving innovation, enhancing workflow efficiency and ensuring that digital solutions support person-centred across community and mental health services
