Summary

We are currently looking for two schedulers to join our team.

The ideal candidates will be well-motivated, professional, attentive to detail and able to play an important part in operating the scheduling and forecasting systems. They will need to be committed to ensuring the right trade operative, with the right skills, is made available to respond to repairs required to our properties.

As a Scheduler, you'll be responsible for maintaining and operating the scheduling system on a day-to-day basis, rescheduling appointments for operatives and communicating with customers to agree on appointments, ensuring all jobs are managed within the target dates. You will become part of a dedicated, hard working team and your role will help to support our operational teams with delivering repairs, voids and compliance, along with other property-related improvements within our customers' homes.

Paul Myers is our Scheduling Manager, so if you fancy an informal chat about the role, give him a call on 07816 084588.

Closing date for applications is Wednesday 9th July 2025, applications will be reviewed throughout the duration of the advert and we may close it early should enough applications be received. We are not working with recruitment agencies on this vacancy.
