What You'll Be Doing:
• Supporting pupils aged 11–16 with complex SEMH and medical needs
• Assisting in-class learning, sensory integration, and therapeutic programmes
• Providing emotional regulation support and 1:1 intervention
• Collaborating with therapists, teachers, and support staff
• Supporting students through structured routines and developmental goals
• Maintaining a nurturing, calm, and consistent learning environment

Ideal SEN Teaching Assistant For this Merton School:
• Psychology or related degree holder seeking practical SEN experience
• Empathetic, resilient, and committed to inclusive education
• Experience with mental health, SEN, or youth work is beneficial
• Strong communication and behaviour support skills
• Available full-time from September 2025 to July 2026
