Responsibilities
Act as the primary finance contact for designated business units, providing insights and guidance.
Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts for multiple departments to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Conduct financial analysis to support project evaluations and business decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and adherence to financial policies.
Analyze variances between actual and budgeted financial results and provide actionable recommendations.
Develop and present financial reports and metrics to senior management to inform strategic planning.
Support the implementation of financial systems and tools to enhance efficiency and reporting capabilities.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or professional certification is a plus.
Proven experience in a finance-related role, ideally within a business partnering capacity.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.
Ability to interpret complex financial data and present findings in a clear and concise manner.
Proficient in financial software and MS Excel; experience with ERP systems is advantageous.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Per Annum: £43,983.00
