The Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and compassionate Maths Teacher to join our team, supporting KS3 and KS4 students with SEMH and SEN needs.

You’ll deliver the GCSE Maths curriculum in small class sizes (typically 6–8 students), using creative and differentiated approaches to engage learners who may have struggled in mainstream education.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated Maths lessons tailored to individual student needs
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies in line with school policies
- Track and assess student progress, providing clear, constructive feedback
- Work closely with the SENCo and support staff to ensure student needs are met
- Communicate regularly with parents, carers, and external professionals
- Take responsibility for your ongoing CPD and professional growth

Required Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Mathematics (or a related subject) and PGCE/QTS (or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years’ experience teaching Maths (preferably KS3 and KS4)
- Strong classroom management and differentiation skills
- Experience working with students with SEMH and SEN needs
- A patient, empathetic, and solutions-focused approach
