Summary
St Osmund’s Catholic Primary School
School Office Administrator (Afternoon)
20 hours per week, 40 weeks per year
Closing date: Monday 7th July at 10am
Starting date: 1st September 2025
The governors are seeking to appoint a confident and experienced individual who can provide high quality administrative duties in our thriving parish school.
The role is term time only and based on a 1:00pm – 5pm working pattern, based upon the operational requirements of the school office. For further information, including the job description, please visit the vacancies section of our school website.
You must possess a high degree of IT literacy and experience of undertaking scheduling and correspondence duties and tasks. You will be the first point of contact for visitors to the school, so an ability to multi task whilst remaining clam is essential. A “can do” attitude and a willingness to share information with colleagues and to advise members of the wider school community.
