Summary

Sessional Administrator, Receptionist & Events Support – £16.22 Per Hour + 12.7% Holiday Pay-London, W10

The Role

Are you experienced in administration, reception, or events support? Do you enjoy working flexibly while making a difference in your local community? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable individuals to join our pool of sessional workers. This is an ad-hoc role, providing short-notice support across our charity's departments. Your work will be essential to the smooth running of our services and the delivery of positive experiences to our community.

Key Responsibilities:

Depending on the assignment, your duties may include:

Administration:

Data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation
Office organisation and supply management
Diary management
Responding to internal and external enquiries
Reception:

Greeting visitors with a professional and friendly approach
Managing meeting room bookings and setup
Handling calls and post
Opening and closing our site at 1 Thorpe Close
Event Support:

Preparing spaces for meetings and events
Moving furniture and setting up equipment
Offering practical help on event days
Providing great customer service
You may also be asked to carry out other reasonable tasks as required.
