L&Q are looking for an experienced Maintenance Coordinator to support administrative support to the Damp and Mould team typically including acting as a point of contact for internal and external customers and other stakeholders, managing Damp and Mould cases and working collaboratively with the wider Special Projects & Sustainability team with Plentific repairs, Minor works and Surveyor referrals.
The role will report into the Maintenance Operations Team Leader, working alongside the existing Coordinators covering the damp and mould caseload. You will be a key member of the team helping to the deliver our repairs and maintenance service.
You will be responsible for the allocation and coordination of Reactive repairs, monitoring mailboxes in line with SLAs, handling D365s and liaising with residents. You will be first point of contact for dealing with all queries and raising repair orders to the relevant teams, dealing with all correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
The successful candidate must be highly organised with excellent communication, administrative and numerical skills. You will need to be flexible and a team player, working in a fast paced and demanding environment, managing a busy workload, utilising various prioritisation and time management techniques, whilst collaborating with lots of different departments across the L&Q Group.
