Summary
We are seeking a qualified person with NVQ3 or equivalent qualification to be an Early Years Key Person for 2-3 year olds, joining our small established team.
We are looking for someone who can work well as part of a supportive team.
The candidate should have experience of planning around the individual interests of children and using observations for children’s further development.

We are looking for a Key Person who:
• Has an experienced understanding of the EYFS
• Is committed to continued professional development;
• Is committed to the safeguarding and wellbeing of all children and others
• Will provide our children with challenging, engaging and inclusive sessions which give them a firm foundation for learning;
• Is forward-thinking and creative with strong interpersonal skills;
The successful candidate will oversee a group of Key Children and maintain records, write reports and keep up to date observations. Be active in the planning of sessions.
They will be required to liaise regularly with parents and promote and contribute to our Parent Preschool Partnership.
Hours of work HOURS TBC (latest finish time is 1430)
School term time only.
Wages are paid pro-rata including holiday pay of 4 weeks and including a further 3 weeks pay to support any work undertaken out of hours.
Payment is also made for staff meetings and training.
