Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant – Hemel Hempstead Full-Time | Immediate Start | Long Term | School Hours: 8:30am – 4:00pm - up to £550 P/W! Are you passionate about supporting children with special educational needs? we are recruiting a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic, supportive SEN school in Hemel Hempstead. About the Role: Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you will provide vital support to children aged 5-11 with identified SEN needs. Working one-on-one or in small groups, you will help pupils access learning, participate in mentoring sessions, and assist during breaks. Some children may show challenging behaviours, and you will receive Team Teach Training to equip you with effective intervention techniques. You’ll work closely with the SENCO, senior leadership, and external professionals including therapists and healthcare providers to deliver holistic support.
