Summary

At the Senedd, our goal is to place citizens at the heart of everything we do – and our visual identity is a key part of how we connect with them. As a Brand and Design Specialist, you’ll be at the creative forefront of our Communications Service, helping to shape how the Senedd is seen and understood by people across Wales.

With less than a year to go until the next Senedd election, this is a unique opportunity to join us at a pivotal moment in Welsh democracy. You’ll help lead the visual transition from the Sixth to the Seventh Senedd, and play a part in delivering the Senedd 2026 campaign.

From bold campaign visuals and engaging public-facing materials, to polished internal templates and reports, your work will span all of our brand identities, including: Core (our corporate brand), People of Wales (our public-facing brand) and Senedd 2026 (our election campaign brand). You’ll collaborate with teams across the organisation, offering expert design advice and ensuring everything we produce is visually compelling, on-brand and accessible.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive team that values creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. Reporting to the Brand and Design Manager, you’ll bring fresh ideas, a sharp eye for detail and a flair for visual storytelling.
