What skills and experience we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
• Be qualified to GCSE level in English and Maths or have equivalent qualifications
• Hold an EYFS Level Three qualification which is recognised by the DFE as full and relevant
• Be passionate about giving young children the very best start in life
• Be committed to raising standards.
• Have high expectations of pupil’s attainment and behaviour.
• Be flexible and able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Have an understanding of safeguarding and follow the school’s safeguarding policy.
• Brings patience, calmness and positivity to every situation.
