Summary

This hybrid role offers a great balance of home and office working. You’ll join your colleagues in your local office at least 2 days a week.

As the UK’s largest fibre-only network, and its only proven wholesale challenger, we’re busy setting new standards for what digital infrastructure can and should be.

Designed from scratch for the internet, our network is greener, more reliable and ready for the future. The products we provide over it not only lead the market on speed, value and service, they help businesses to innovate, provide entire communities with a better foundation for their digital lives and support economic growth, locally and nationally.

What does that mean for you? The opportunity to make internet connections (and daily life) a whole lot better, for a lot of people!

Joining us as a Field Operations Performance & Analytics Manager

As our Performance & Analytics Manager, you’ll be responsible for setting up a federated suite of reporting and analytics to underpin customer installs and revenue growth. You'll lead our transition to centralised operational insight, ensuring our business decisions are grounded in robust data and aligned to strategic priorities. This is your chance to shape how we track performance, identify improvement opportunities, and drive lasting impact across a national team.

You’ll receive a salary of up to £71,000, a performance related bonus, and a range of benefits to support you across your financial, physical and mental wellbeing.

This is some of what you can expect to be doing:

Designing and implementing a full suite of federated reporting across Field Operations

Leading performance governance and owning weekly/monthly business reporting cycles

Creating impactful dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI and SQL

Analysing data to uncover performance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

Supporting business strategy through operational insight and ROI tracking

Championing continuous improvement through data-led project prioritisation and delivery

What you’ll bring to the role

A strategic mindset with strong technical skills, and the ability to translate data into real-world operational value. You’ll also have:

Proven experience in performance analytics, ideally within an operational or field-based environment

Strong SQL capabilities and experience querying backend databases

Proficiency with reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) and data visualisation techniques

Confidence working independently and leading cross-functional engagement

Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow) and data architecture concepts

Exposure to process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma
