We are seeking a curious, data-driven storyteller to join our client’s newly-formed insights function. As Insight Analytics Manager, you will transform event-level digital behaviour data—from apps, web activity, in-app journeys, and purchases—into compelling stories that illuminate consumer behaviour and business performance.
You will collaborate with marketing, sales, and client teams to deliver creative, high-impact insights that influence campaigns, pitches, and retention strategies. The role is ideal for a professional with 3 to 5 years’ experience in analytics who thrives at the intersection of data, storytelling, and business strategy.
The successful candidate will have:
• 3–5 years of analytics or insight experience, ideally with exposure to digital behaviour data
• Strong data storytelling skills—able to turn complex findings into digestible, business-relevant narratives
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI or similar)
• Proven ability to build, structure, and deliver insight reports that support marketing, BD, and client strategy
• Experience working cross-functionally in a collaborative, commercially aware environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated, organised, and capable of owning insight processes and delivery
Role & Responsibilities:
As an Insight Analytics Manager & Trend Spotter, you will play a pivotal role in building the insights function from the ground up—shaping not only how data is explored but also how insight is presented and acted upon.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Leading the development of data-driven insights using proprietary consumer behavioural data
• Building story-led, visual outputs that drive client conversations, campaigns, and thought leadership
• Supporting marketing and business development teams by surfacing trends, opportunities, and narrative hooks
• Creating insight delivery systems—calendars, workflows, formats, and quality controls
• Collaborating with internal teams to bring insight into everyday decision-making
• Helping position the company as a leader in digital consumer intelligence by feeding insights into PR and industry features
Our client is an ambitious, people-focused organisation that values curiosity, creativity, and collaboration. You will have a chance to shape a new function, influence strategy, and make a tangible impact from day one.
Key reasons to join:
• Be at the forefront of digital consumer insight and help reshape how brands interpret behavioural data
• Work closely with cross-functional teams on exciting, high-visibility projects
• Operate in a culture that celebrates innovation, initiative, and personal growth
• Hybrid model with meaningful in-office collaboration balanced by deep-work flexibility at home
Benefits Package
• 25 days’ annual leave + bank holidays (option to buy/sell 5 days after 2 years)
• Bonus scheme to reward performance
• Life assurance and pension with employer contributions
• Cycle to Work Scheme
• Tech of your choice for optimal working conditions
• Learning budget + one-to-one coaching for personal development
• Volunteer days to support local causes
• Hybrid working: split time between Shoreditch HQ and remote working
• Annual £100 home workspace budget
• Flexible start/finish times to support work-life balance
