Summary

To ensure that projects are implemented adhering to best practice and tools are in place to promote and monitor this. To work collaboratively with team, service leads and trust operational staff, members of the finance team and external stakeholders to generate and evaluate strategies. To generate project and implementation plans through the interpretation of policies and strategies to meet Trust business objectives. Regular requirement to use computer software to develop or create statistical reports requiring formulae, query reports. To design a comprehensive shared folder (information) system to support the monitoring and progression of cost improvement projects. To identify opportunities for further Improvements by using local and national benchmarking data. Responsible for day-to-day management of junior member(s) of the team Delivery and support to Divisions for specific training as required e.g., project management.
